Pamela Taylor, Ph.D.

Operations Manager

Dr. Pamela Taylor has had an extensive career as a music educator in Ohio and Louisiana. She served on the music education faculty of Southeastern University in Hammond, Louisiana, and the music faculty of the Western Brown Local School District in Mount Orab, Ohio.

She earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music in Horn Performance from the University of New Orleans, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Music Education from the Louisiana State University.

Dr. Taylor has performed with several ensembles in New Orleans and is currently a member of the New Orleans Civic Symphony Orchestra, the New Orleans Concert Band, and the NOCB Chamber Winds. In addition, she has taught French horn in her own studio for over twenty years and served as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of New Orleans.

She and her husband Chuck dedicate their leisure time to enjoying New Orleans’ rich culinary and diverse cultural offerings.
